Job Summary 🌱Job Title: Operations ManagerJob Location: Puchong, SelangorYears of Experience: 5 - 7 yearsQualification: Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional DegreeEmployment Status: Full-TimeThe duties of the Operation Manager include providing inspired leadership for the operation which includes providing credit advisory services, mortgage brokers with banks, property-related services, credit loans and etc. offering a suite of financial-related functions. This role involves making important policy and strategic decisions, as well as the development and implementation of operational policies and procedures.What you will need to do 👀:
  • Responsible for driving operational performance improvement.
  • Make important policy, planning, and strategy decisions.
  • Develop, implement, and review operational policies and procedures to improve the quality, productivity, and efficiency of the Group.
  • Perform data analysis to surface strategic insights and report on key business metrics.
  • Help promote a company culture that encourages top performance and high morale.
  • Oversee budgeting, reporting, planning, and compliance.
  • Work with both internal and external stakeholders and collaborate across a wide variety of functions and levels.
  • Ensure all legal and regulatory documents are filed and monitor compliance with laws and regulations.
  • Identify and address problems and opportunities for the company.
  • Build alliances and partnerships with other organizations which include banks, property agents and developers.
  • Support worker communication with the management team.
Job Requirements ✅:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Operations Management, Business Administration, or related field.
  • At least 5-7 years’ proven experience in an operations management position
  • Solid understanding of banking industry retail products and services and property market-related knowledge
  • Knowledge of credit loan operations and legal compliances.
  • Adequate knowledge of general business software and aptitude to learn new skills in website and software applications
  • Ability to build consensus and relationships among managers, partners, and employees.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
