- Minimum of 2 years of sales/related field experience
- Proven experience in a supervisory or managerial role within the wellness or beauty line industry.
- Able to write & converse in both Mandarin & English.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Centre location (Working hour: 9.30am to 7pm): Bandar Puteri Puchong, Eco Majestic, Semenyih and Taman Paramount PJ
- Managing and motivating a team of massage therapists and front desk staff to provide outstanding customer service.
- Develop & execute sales strategy for wellness program and services to achieve revenue target
- Coordinating schedules, appointments, and staff rotations to optimize efficiency and client satisfaction.
- Upholding high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and safety within the center.
- Handling customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints in a professional and timely manner.
