Business Development Manager - Wellness Centre Job Title : Business Development Manager Location : Desa Park City, kuala Lumpur Reports To : CEO Type : Full-Time, Permanent Job Summary The Business Development Manager will play a key role in the growth and expansion of our wellness centre. You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, forming strategic partnerships, and enhancing the centre's market presence. Your goal is to drive revenue, increase customer acquisition, and ensure long-term growth in the competitive wellness market. Key Responsibilities Strategic Planning : Develop and implement business strategies to drive growth and expansion of the wellness centre. This includes market research, target audience identification, and trend analysis. Partnership Development : Build and maintain relationships with local businesses, corporate clients, influencers, and strategic partners to drive new revenue streams and opportunities. Sales and Marketing : Work closely with the marketing and sales teams to create and execute promotional campaigns. Develop pricing strategies, sales funnels, and lead generation tactics to boost customer acquisition. Client Relationship Management : Ensure strong relationships with existing clients to encourage repeat business and referrals. Handle major client accounts and oversee special requests or bespoke offerings. Networking : Attend industry events, workshops, and conferences to stay updated on wellness industry trends and to expand the centre&aposs professional network. Market Expansion : Identify and pursue opportunities for opening new locations or expanding services offered by the wellness centre. Performance Monitoring : Track and report on KPIs and success metrics to senior leadership. Monitor competitor activity and adapt strategies accordingly. Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. Proven experience in business development, sales, or marketing roles within the wellness, fitness, or hospitality industries. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
