Join a team that values innovation and growth. Job Summary We are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to drive the growth of our business. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in traditional finance and crypto industry experience, with a deep understanding of Real World Assets (RWA) and blockchain adoption in regulated financial markets. You will play a key role in expanding institutional and ecosystem partnerships, exploring RWA integration scenarios, and driving cross-industry collaboration. DOO you have what it takes Identify and engage potential institutional partners, including banks, asset managers, exchanges, fintech companies, and Web3 projects. Explore RWA tokenization opportunities, aligning them with regulatory frameworks and industry best practices. Negotiate and close strategic partnerships that drive transaction volume, ecosystem adoption, and developer engagement. Collaborate with product, marketing, and technical teams to ensure successful onboarding and partnership execution. Represent CoinQ at industry events, conferences, and working groups. What we're looking for Bachelor's degree or above in Finance, Economics, Business, or related field. 5+ years of experience in business development, partnership management, with proven results in the financial or cryptos industry. Solid understanding of blockchain technology, digital assets, and DeFi; direct experience in the crypto/Web3 space is required. Strong network in both traditional finance and crypto ecosystems. Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills. Fluent in English and Mandarin; Cantonese is a plus.
