- Lead the development and execution of the Malaysia marketing strategy across brand, product, digital, and customer experience.
- Oversee end-to-end product marketing for new model launches, lifecycle campaigns, and GTM planning.
- Drive integrated marketing campaigns across digital, retail, PR, and events.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Product Planning, After-Sales, and Regional/Global HQ teams.
- Lead and mentor a local marketing team, while championing brand consistency and performance.
- Malaysian citizen with 10+ years of marketing experience, including at least 3-5 years in a leadership role.
- Proven experience in the automotive OEM industry is required, B2C
- Strong understanding of brand positioning, consumer insights, and integrated campaign execution.
- Ability to navigate matrix organizations and collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders.
