We're seeking a seasoned marketing leader to take charge of the overall marketing strategy and execution for an established global automotive brand in Malaysia. This role will shape how the brand connects with its customers, drives product launches, and strengthens its market presence. It's a rare opportunity for a passionate marketer with deep OEM experience to drive growth and innovation in a leadership capacity.As Head of Marketing, you will:
  • Lead the development and execution of the Malaysia marketing strategy across brand, product, digital, and customer experience.
  • Oversee end-to-end product marketing for new model launches, lifecycle campaigns, and GTM planning.
  • Drive integrated marketing campaigns across digital, retail, PR, and events.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Product Planning, After-Sales, and Regional/Global HQ teams.
  • Lead and mentor a local marketing team, while championing brand consistency and performance.
Lead the local marketing function for a globally trusted brand Leadership role shaping brand strategy, product and customer engagementA successful Head of Marketing should have:
  • Malaysian citizen with 10+ years of marketing experience, including at least 3-5 years in a leadership role.
  • Proven experience in the automotive OEM industry is required, B2C
  • Strong understanding of brand positioning, consumer insights, and integrated campaign execution.
  • Ability to navigate matrix organizations and collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Strategic, data-driven, and customer-focused mindset.
