The Head of Network Development will oversee the strategic expansion and optimization of the dealer and service network in Malaysia. This role combines leadership, strategic planning, and operational execution to strengthen market presence, enhance customer experience, and support the brand's growth ambitions.As Head of Network Development, you will spearhead initiatives to grow and enhance the brand's network in Malaysia. You will manage a team, drive dealer recruitment and performance improvement, and ensure network standards meet global benchmarks while supporting the brand's growth plans.Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute network expansion strategies aligned with business goals.
  • Identify, evaluate, and onboard new dealers and service partners to increase coverage and market reach.
  • Manage and mentor the network development team, fostering a performance-driven culture.
  • Implement network performance standards and monitor compliance.
  • Work closely with sales, marketing, and aftersales teams to ensure seamless customer experience.
  • Conduct market analysis to identify potential territories and opportunities.
  • Negotiate agreements and ensure compliance with contractual obligations.
  • Monitor competitor activity and market trends to inform strategic decisions.

  • 8+ years' experience in automotive network development, dealer management, or related roles.
  • Proven track record in expanding dealer/service networks.
  • Strong leadership and people management skills.
  • Excellent negotiation and relationship-building abilities.
  • Solid understanding of the Malaysian automotive market.
  • Willingness to travel extensively within the country.
