- 8+ years' experience in automotive network development, dealer management, or related roles.
- Proven track record in expanding dealer/service networks.
- Strong leadership and people management skills.
- Excellent negotiation and relationship-building abilities.
- Solid understanding of the Malaysian automotive market.
- Willingness to travel extensively within the country.
