We're partnering with a fast-rising automotive player. As Network Development Manager, you'll be responsible for driving dealer development strategy, onboarding, standards implementation, and ensuring a seamless customer journey across all touchpoints. Ideal for someone with both a strategic and operational mindset.This role is critical in establishing a strong and sustainable dealer network across Malaysia. You'll be responsible for both strategic planning and operational execution to ensure a seamless and high-performing retail footprint.
  • Develop and execute the national dealer network strategy in alignment with the brand's growth plans.
  • Identify and evaluate potential dealer partners in key regions based on market potential and coverage needs.
  • Lead end-to-end dealer appointment process, including due diligence, contract negotiation, and onboarding.
  • Ensure full compliance with corporate identity (CI) standards and dealership facility requirements.
  • Oversee the planning and execution of dealer setup, from layout to operational readiness.
  • Establish dealer performance KPIs and conduct regular reviews to drive continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (sales, marketing, aftersales) to deliver a consistent retail experience.
  • Provide training and support to ensure dealer teams are aligned with brand standards and expectations.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor networks to inform expansion strategies and improvements.
  • Act as the primary liaison between the brand and dealer partners, maintaining strong and productive relationships.

  • 6-10 years of experience in automotive dealer network development, retail operations, or franchise management.
  • Proven track record in dealer appointment, territory planning, and retail standards.
  • Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.
  • Analytical, adaptable, and thrives in a fast-moving environment.
  • Fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia; Mandarin is a plus.
