Role: Customer Support(Mandarin Speaker) Location: KL& Petaling Jaya Duration: Full time Job Description: Qualifications Proficient in Mandarin (written and reading) and able to communicate in basic English . Strong typing, written communication, and comprehension skills. Ability to multitask and manage time effectively. Willing to work on rotational shifts , including weekends and public holidays. Must be able to work on-site at Kelana Center Point, Petaling Jaya (Selangor) . Previous experience in customer service is an advantage but not mandatory. Responsibilities Key Responsibilities: Handle customer inquiries professionally via email and chat . Provide accurate information on products, services, and policies. Resolve customer issues and escalate complex cases when needed. Ensure all interactions are properly documented in the system. Maintain a positive and helpful attitude throughout all communications. Adhere to shift schedules and meet performance targets.
