Key Responsibilities: Real Estate Administration: Assist with managing the company's real estate portfolio, including lease agreements, property documents, and coordination with landlords or property agents. Data Management & Reporting: Maintain accurate records of all real estate-related transactions, contracts, and other documentation. Prepare regular reports and presentations using Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint. Lease Management: Track lease expiration dates and renewals. Prepare and manage lease documentation and related administrative duties. Market Research: Assist with conducting market research on potential new locations for expansion. Analyze competitor trends and provide recommendations. Collaboration: Work closely with various internal departments, including Legal, Operations, and Finance, to ensure alignment with real estate-related activities. Vendor Coordination: Liaise with third-party vendors such as property managers, contractors, and maintenance providers for any property-related needs. Ad-hoc Tasks: Provide general administrative support to the Real Estate team and other departments as needed, including organizing meetings, handling inquiries, and preparing necessary documentation. Requirements: Education: Degree in Business Administration, Real Estate Management, Property Development, or any related field. 1-2 year of similar experience. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (for creating and managing spreadsheets, data analysis, etc.) Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint (for creating presentations and reports) Attention to Detail: Strong organizational skills and attention to detail to handle real estate documentation and contracts accurately.
