Company Overview:A globally recognized company engaged in real estate consulting, investments, as well as the development of profitable projects focusing mainly within the industrial and logistics facilities.Our client is seeking to hire a strategic and results-oriented Real Estate Investment & Land Acquisition Specialist based in Kuala Lumpur.Job Responsibilities: -Oversee the entire land acquisition process, all due diligence and contract negotiations for logistics or industrial development projectsCreate and review JV contracts, land purchase and sale contracts, and lease contractsPerform in-depth market research and feasibility studiesBuild and nurture strong relationships with local developers, intermediaries, legal affairs, and governmentCoordinate closely with internal departments such as development, legal, and finance to ensure a smooth handover from acquisition to project implementation.Create and deliver comprehensive investment returns and acquisition reports and proposals to senior leadership, outlining potential risks, strategic opportunities, and alignment with business goals.Monitor industry trends, economic developments, and regulatory updates that could influence land acquisition strategies and project viability.Job Requirements:Bachelor's Degree in Real Estate, Urban Planning, Business Administration and equivalentMinimum 5 years of work experience in real estate investment and development with direct involvement in land acquisition.Strong background in logistics and industrial property sectorExperience handling JV agreement, land sale & purchase contracts and tenancy agreementsStrong understanding of construction compliances, land laws, and Malaysian development regulationsExperience in transactions involving REITs or PE fundsPrior working experience with a major real estate developer will be a plus.#LI-JACMY#countrymalaysia
