- Prepare and submit applications for new and renewal of Advertising Permit and Developer's License (APDL).
- Submit and update Form 7F to the Ministry of Housing (MOH) on a quarterly basis.
- Coordinate issuance of Invitation Letters upon receiving Letter of Offer and Acceptance Letter from Jabatan Perdana Menteri for civil servant housing schemes.
- Implement sales processes including issuance of Purchase Application Forms via IFCA, coordination with Legal for SPA documentation and stamping, and submission of purchaser files to Credit with PDPA and AMLA declarations, ensuring full SOP compliance.
- Assign and manage sales leads from social media, registrant lists, roadshows, and walk-ins by forwarding to salespersons for follow-up and personalized promotions.
- Plan, execute, and monitor roadshows, exhibitions, and promotional events for PjH properties (e.g., mall activations, OPUs, and property showcases).
- Conduct product briefings and sales process orientation for newly appointed Real Estate Agencies.
- Promote current and upcoming residential and commercial properties to drive buyer interest and boost sales.
- Prepare and update monthly sales status reports for the Head of Division, CEO, and Finance Division.
- Administer maintenance charges for unsold completed units, including payment requests and monthly updates to Finance and CRM teams on inventory matters.
- Minimum 3 - 5 years working experience in Marketing / Sales and related field
- Good command in English and Bahasa Malaysia
- Self-motivated, Goal oriented and result driven.
- Good interpersonal skills, planning and organizing skills, analytical skills, customer service and negotiation skills.
- Possess own transport and willing to travel.
