What will you be engaged in As our new CRM Associate, you will be in charge of .. Build, launch, and optimize lifecycle journeys in CleverTap for multiple user segments across Socar, Trevo and Dash Translate user journey maps into structured campaigns (e.g. onboarding, reactivation, referral) Collaborate with other teams to produce and QA CRM messages Monitor and report performance: OR, CTR, conversion, journey drop-offs Coordinate WhatsApp, Push, and Email campaign delivery through appropriate channels Own the CRM calendar and ensure timely execution Identify gaps and propose journey improvements based on data and behavior Are you the ideal candidate First and foremost, ask yourself: Are you customer-obsessed This is the key SOCAR's prime value that drives our mission forward.
