- Candidate must possess at least a Professional Certificate, Advanced / Higher / Graduate Diploma or Degree.
- Fluent in English, Bahasa Malaysia, and optionally Mandarin.
- Positive attitude, passionate about collaborative teamwork, excels at interpersonal skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Adaptable to change, able to pivot and find alternate solutions, demonstrated capability in meeting new challenges.
- Good problem-solving skills, able to navigate unexpected situations or conditions.
- Critical observer-thinker, bringing a fresh perspective and offering intuitive solutions and ideas.
- Be the primary point of contact for customers concerning overall account management.
- Provide guidance and advice to customers.
- Investigate and solve customer problems and handle customer inquiries.
- Maintain accurate records of discussions or correspondence with Customers.
- Create and present reports and business reviews to clients, including but not limited to status reports, revenue sharing, renovations, risk assessments, etc.
- Facilitate discussions, internal and external, on process efficiencies and drive the program until successful closure.
- Be proficient in the business process and technology, enabling the processes so that interactions and deliverables with technical teams can be managed effectively.
- General technical understanding and ability to recognize the need and associate with products and services offered by the company.
- Ensures the contractual requirements are disseminated, understood, and applied to protect the informational assets of both the company and its customers
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and learning new processes and technologies.
