Billing and Invoicing: Handle invoice adjustments, credit/debit memos, and resolve any billing discrepancies. Proactively follow up with customers for outstanding payments via email or calls (in both English and Mandarin). Utilize SAP S/4HANA for cash application, AR reporting, and transaction processing. Requirement: Degree in Finance Graduate with 3-5 years. Skill in Cash Application process, O2C Closing, Running of AR report, Collections, billing.
