Share market insights and provide timely updates to stakeholders. Ideal Candidate Profile:- 3-5 years of hands-on recruitment experience in IT/digital portfolios. Strong stakeholder management skills - confident, credible, and solution-oriented. Experience using sourcing tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter, job portals, and talent databases. Familiarity with HRIS platforms (e.g., Workday) is an advantage. Excellent communication, organization, and time management skills.
