About the Role We are looking for a driven and resourceful IT Recruiter to join our growing team. You'll be responsible for the end-to-end recruitment process for IT roles - from sourcing and screening to offer negotiation and onboarding. Key Responsibilities Source and attract top IT talent using job portals, LinkedIn, social media, and networking. Manage the full recruitment cycle: posting jobs, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and coordinating with hiring managers. Understand technical job requirements and match them with the right candidates. Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified IT professionals across various roles (e.g., developers, engineers, IT support, QA, DevOps, etc.). Schedule interviews, follow up with candidates, and ensure a smooth and professional hiring process. Maintain accurate records in the recruitment database or ATS (Applicant Tracking System). Assist in employer branding and campus hiring activities when needed. Stay updated on tech hiring trends and talent availability in the Malaysian market. Requirements 2-4 years of experience in IT recruitment, preferably within an agency or corporate setting. Budget is 3000 - 4500 RM Strong understanding of various IT roles and tech stacks (e.g., Java, .NET, Python, Cloud, etc.). Hands-on experience with job boards (JobStreet, Hiredly, LinkedIn Recruiter, etc.) and sourcing tools. Good communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with candidates and stakeholders. Ability to manage multiple open roles and deliver within deadlines. Bachelor&aposs degree in HR, Business, IT, or related field. Nice to Have Experience using ATS or recruitment CRM tools. Familiarity with local employment laws and hiring guidelines. Interest in employer branding or recruitment marketing.
