Job Responsibilities: Partner the business on recruitment matters, including developing recruitment strategies to attract the right talent for the company. Drive end-to-end recruitment including documentation associated with the hire and onboarding of the employee lifecycle. Collaborate within HR and with other business functions to proactively deliver relevant and impactful solutions to business challenges. Build relationships and engage talents in the market, providing excellent candidate experience. Manage operational issues such as new hire administration and candidate queries. Review and enhance workflow in HR processes and policies on an on-going basis. Be involved in ad-hoc HR projects. Job Requirements: Bachelor's degree preferred. At least 5 years of experience in IT/Cybersecurity Recruitment, with in-house recruitment experience. Excellent communication skills and interpersonal skills, as well as comfort level in working effectively with people at various organizational levels. Ability to take ownership and accountability of assigned projects in a fast-paced environment, paying particular attention to detail and quality of output.
