Description We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Intern Recruiter to join our IT placements team in Southeast Asia. This role is ideal for freshers or entry-level candidates who are eager to kickstart their careers in recruitment and human resources. You will have the opportunity to learn about the recruitment process while contributing to our efforts in sourcing top IT talent. Responsibilities Assist in sourcing candidates for IT positions through various channels including job boards, social media, and networking events. Conduct initial screening of resumes and applications to identify suitable candidates. Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers. Maintain and update the applicant tracking system with candidate information and statuses. Support the recruitment team in organizing and attending job fairs and recruitment events. Provide a positive candidate experience through timely communication and feedback. Skills and Qualifications Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Basic understanding of IT roles and the recruitment process. Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and recruitment software is a plus. A passion for working in recruitment and helping candidates find their ideal jobs.
