Job Description Key responsibilities are as follow: 1. Performance Planning Understand project requirements and changes and prepare performance test plan Gather and document Non-Functional Requirements (NFRs) using standard templates. 2. Test Data & Script Preparation Ensure all test data is available before scripting. Develop dynamic and reusable performance scripts simulating real-time user journeys. Should have experience on different protocols required to support banking systems. Store and maintain scripts in GitHub and ALM for version control. 3. Test Execution Readiness Validate test environment readiness and script dry run. Participate in DSMs or relevant meetings to highlight blockers and progress updates. Should have worked on workload modelling. 4. Reporting & Documentation Monitor and Analyse the results/graphs and present the recommendations to stakeholders Share Daily Status Reports (DSRs) on NFR progress, scripting status, and test results. Track defects, developer fixes, and maintain confluence updates for each release. 5. Collaboration & Support Work closely with senior testers for script reviews. Support ad-hoc, production, and DR performance requests based on roster. Log and track all exclusions or deviation approvals from Leads Requirements 1. Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. 2. 1 to 3 years of hands-on experience in: a. Performance testing lifecycle (script development, execution, result analysis) b. Working on banking-related systems c. Collaborating within Agile/Scrum development teams 3. Problem-solving mind-set and eagerness to learn. 4. Strong sense of ownership and Individual Contributor 5. Experience using tools such as fiddler,Postman, JMeter, LoadRunner (basic), GitHub, Jira, and Confluence. 6. Good written and verbal communication skills. 7.
