This role involves designing and implementing effective test strategies, identifying product and technical requirements, guiding junior testers, and collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to ensure robust and scalable products. Key Responsibilities Analyze product features and technical documentation to define test strategy and coverage. Design, develop, and execute detailed test plans and test cases based on project requirements. Ensure traceability of test activities to requirements and business objectives. Validate software performance, scalability, and reliability across releases. Lead defect identification, reporting, and resolution processes. Create and maintain test documentation, including defect reports and progress summaries. Collaborate closely with product owners, developers, and stakeholders across multiple teams. Mentor and provide technical guidance to junior QA engineers. Oversee and manage QA activities across the team, including prioritization and delegation. Drive process improvements and promote a DevOps and Agile testing culture. Minimum 4 years of experience in software testing and QA roles. Proficiency in automated and manual testing methodologies. Hands-on experience with tools such as: Apache Selenium JMeter Strong understanding of software testing principles, QA lifecycle, and SDLC. Demonstrated ability to write, execute, and manage test cases and test suites. High-level defect reporting and documentation skills. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field. Nice-to-Have Familiarity with TestStand , LabView , or similar testing tools. Experience using Gliffy or comparable diagramming tools. ISTQB - CTFL certification or equivalent. Knowledge of banking systems and domain-specific testing practices. Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments. Exposure to multinational teams and multi-country user environments.
