- Working hours: 10am to 7pm
- Proven experience in reseller sales, preferably in consumer electronics or a related industry,
- Strong understanding of reseller dynamics and traditional trade distribution models,
- Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets,
- Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills,
- Analytical mindset with proficiency in Excel and sales reporting tools,
- Highly motivated, goal-oriented, and entrepreneurial spirit.
- Achieve and exceed sell-out targets by effectively managing assigned inventory and driving volume through a network of wholesale resellers.
- Proactively identify and engage new resellers through both digitally through cold call and WhatsApp and in-person field sales.
- Build, maintain, and manage strong, trust-based relationships with existing resellers to ensure sales performance and retention.
- Negotiate pricing, terms, and promotional opportunities to optimize value for both the company and the resellers.
- Maintain a clear understanding of the company's products, industry trends, and market dynamics.
- Clearly articulate the value proposition of our products and services, ensuring alignment with each reseller's needs and goals.
