- Strong interest in sales, preferably in consumer electronics or a related industry,
- Excellent communications and interpersonal skills,
- Willingness to learn, take initiative, and work in a fast-paced team environment,
- Basic proficiency in Excel and digital communications tools,
- Proven work ethic, positive attitude, and desire to build a career in sales.
- Support senior team members in executing daily tasks, customer communications and engagement strategies, and account activities.
- Manage and nurture small reseller accounts with guidance from senior team members.
- Ensure regular communication and service quality to maintain reseller satisfaction.
- Assist in identifying and onboarding new resellers through both digital (e.g. cold calling) and in-person outreach.
- Conduct follow-ups and gather reseller feedback to support business development.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer data using CRM tools and spreadsheets.
- Assist in preparing sales reports and market analysis for performance tracking.
- Build a strong understanding of our value proposition, product lineup, and pricing.
- Stay updated on market trends and share insights with the team.
