Execute targeted sales strategies to generate leads, pitch products, and close deals. Conduct on-site product presentations and demos for salon owners, beauty therapists, and stakeholders. Build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with salon partners. Achieve monthly sales goals and KPIs through active follow-up, client engagement, and business development. Stay updated on market trends, customer feedback, and competitor activity to support strategic planning. Collaborate with the management team to drive sales performance and ensure customer satisfaction. Handle customer inquiries, prepare sales orders, and provide timely after-sales support. Participate in marketing events, brand initiatives, and ad-hoc projects as needed. Requirements: Proven sales experience, preferably in the beauty, skincare, or FMCG industry. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Proficiency in Mandarin is preferred, as the role involves liaising with Mandarin-speaking clients.
