Glomac Berhad is seeking a Senior Executive (Business Development & Strategy) to join our dynamic team. This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about property development, possess strong analytical skills & thrive in a fast-paced, growth-driven environment. What You'll Do Drive strategic initiatives to support Glomac's long-term growth. Conduct feasibility studies, market research, and pricing proposals for new projects. Perform financial analysis and modelling to evaluate investments and development opportunities. Oversee valuation processes for properties and potential acquisitions. Manage authority and compliance matters, including zoning and regulatory approvals, to ensure adherence to relevant regulations and ensure compliance. Support land acquisition efforts through outright purchases or joint ventures. Build and maintain strong relationships with local authorities and stakeholders. Prepare management papers and reports for EXCO and the Board of Directors. What We're Looking For Bachelor's Degree in Development Management or related field. Proven experience in property development/management with a strong track record. Established relationships with local authorities and industry networks. Skilled in strategic planning, financial modelling, valuation, and market analysis. Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
