Job Description :
  • Develop and execute strategic planning process for the Group including but not limited to setting objectives, defining strategic goals, initiating business initiatives, and tracking progress.
  • Lead strategic planning process by conducting market analysis and competitor assessments to support the business division in developing key initiatives that align with financial plans.
  • Conduct periodic reviews to track progress, analyzing performance against comprehensive business plans that support financial objectives, and prepare presentation decks for Management.
  • Effectively manage stakeholder engagement by coordinating overall activities and ensuring the delivery of high-quality outcomes.
  • Monitor the Group’s business plan, including key performance indicators, strategic goals, and financial targets, while preparing necessary reports, presentation decks, and related documents as required by Management.
  • Gather, analyze, and interpret financial and operational data to identify trends and opportunities for performance enhancement, providing actionable recommendations for improvement.
  • Conduct variance analysis on actual financial performance versus targets and provide recommendations for improvement.
  • Offer insights into potential opportunities and risks to support informed strategic decision-making.
  • Conduct research on potential investments, including sensitivity and scenario analysis, to evaluate their impact on the organization’s financial outcomes, market conditions, and risk factors. Provide insights into opportunities and risks to support strategic decision-making.
  • Assess investment opportunities, including but not limited to mergers and acquisitions (M&A).
  • Oversee stakeholder engagement by coordinating activities and ensuring the delivery of high-quality outcomes.
  • Manage strategic projects from initiation to completion, overseeing the entire process until operational implementation.
  • Offer advisory services on strategic projects related to corporate matters.
  • ​Execute ad-hoc projects and initiatives as needed.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Economics, Finance, Statistics, Investment, or other related fields.
  • Professional qualifications such as ACCA, CIMA, CPA, CFA, or any other equivalent are preferred and will be considered an added advantage.
  • A minimum of 12 to 15 years of relevant work experience.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to meet tight deadlines and focus on results.
  • Self-motivated and capable of working with minimal supervision.
  • Proficient in Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.
