- Provide support for business applications and ensure smooth daily operations.
- Assist with application upgrades, troubleshooting, and system improvements.
- Monitor and maintain IT security measures to protect systems and data.
- Respond to cybersecurity alerts and assist in incident resolution.
- Ensure compliance with company IT and security policies.
- Work closely with internal teams and vendors on IT-related matters.
- Bachelors Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or a related field.
- 35 years of experience in IT application support, system administration, or cybersecurity (preferably in oil & gas or energy sector).
- Basic knowledge of enterprise systems and IT security practices.
- Good problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills.
