- Provide day-to-day support for business applications (e.g., ERP, HR, Finance, Supply Chain, Maintenance systems).
- Troubleshoot system issues, coordinate with vendors, and ensure timely resolution.
- Assist with system upgrades, patches, testing, and implementation of new features.
- Work with internal users to gather requirements and support process improvements.
- Maintain proper documentation of applications, configurations, and user guidelines.
- Ensure compliance with company IT policies and standards.
- Support digital initiatives and contribute to continuous improvement projects.
- Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Information Systems, or related field.
- 2-4 years of experience in IT application support or business systems (fresh graduates with strong academic background may also be considered).
- Knowledge of enterprise systems such as ERP, SAP, or other business applications.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
