Position : Tech & Business Applications Analyst Industry : Oil & Gas Location : Sabah Scope of Works: Provide day-to-day support for business applications (e.g., ERP, HR, Finance, Supply Chain, Maintenance systems). Troubleshoot system issues, coordinate with vendors, and ensure timely resolution. Assist with system upgrades, patches, testing, and implementation of new features. Work with internal users to gather requirements and support process improvements. Maintain proper documentation of applications, configurations, and user guidelines. Ensure compliance with company IT policies and standards. Support digital initiatives and contribute to continuous improvement projects. Minimum Requirement(s): Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Information Systems, or related field. 24 years of experience in IT application support or business systems (fresh graduates with strong academic background may also be considered). Knowledge of enterprise systems such as ERP, SAP, or other business applications. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
