- Market Intelligence: Responsible for tracking all things related to the product category in Malaysia. This includes keeping a close eye on what competitors are doing-from their pricing strategies and promotions to their new product launches. You will also maintain a detailed database to predict future demand and understand market trends.
- Pricing Strategy: Ensure the pricing is both competitive and profitable. This involves analyzing market data to propose effective pricing, ensuring all price lists are accurate in the system, and providing strategic recommendations on how prices should evolve over time.
- Product Lifecycle Management: Manage the entire lifecycle of a product, from its initial introduction to its eventual phase-out. This means you will collaborate with various departments, including sales and marketing, to plan and execute successful product launches. You'll also be the go-to person for product-related queries from customers and will help forecast demand for high-performance tire lines.
- A degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Expertise in SAP, Excel & Power BI.
- Experience in pricing management within the automotive industry is preferred.
