- Collaborate with global and local cross-functional teams (sales, marketing, aftersales, R&D) to ensure alignment
- Lead model planning, feature mix, and volume forecasts based on customer insights and market demand
- Manage product lifecycle activities including launch planning, updates, and phase-outs
- Monitor product performance and generate data-driven reports to influence decision-making
- Translate customer feedback into actionable improvements in product strategy
- Lead and mentor a high-performing product planning team
- Proven experience in product planning or product strategy within the automotive industry
- Strong analytical capabilities with the ability to translate market data into business strategy
- Familiarity with both global product portfolios and local market dynamics
- A strategic thinker who is also hands-on in execution
- Strong communication and presentation skills; comfortable working with internal and principal stakeholders
- Demonstrated ability to lead and influence cross-functional teams
- Experience in managing model mix planning, pricing strategies, and lifecycle management
- A degree in Engineering, Business, Marketing, or a related field. An MBA is a plus
