- To ensure tax to all relevant tax laws, regulations and reporting requirements.
- To oversee the preparation and submission of accurate and timely tax returns and other applicable taxes.
- To coordinate with Management and other departments to develop tax strategies to minimize tax liabilities and incentives.
- To identify potential tax risks, the exposures and develop mitigation plans.
- To implement and maintain tax policies and procedures to ensure consistent and compliant tax practices.
- To coordinate with internal/external auditors and tax consultants during tax audits or any engagement required.
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years experience in the tax industry.
- Strong understanding of international tax regulations and guidelines.
- Analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Professionally certified with a professional accountancy membership body such as ACCA/ MICPA/CPA/CTIM is an advantage
