- Leading General Trade (GT) team inachieving group sales target
- Assisting team in sales target,customers inquiries, collection and other sales related issue
- Come out with businessstrategy, evaluate current business performance, maximizing business reach andpotential.
- Explore and open newdistribution market and accounts within malaysia
- Identify businessopportunities, building and maintaining successful relationships with prospectsand existing clients/distributors.
- Negotiating business contractand closing deals
- Follow up new businessopportunities
- Conduct and coordinate marketresearch / opportunity assessment, compiling the information and makerecommendation to management
- Retain existing customers andrenew contracts
- Building long term relationshipwith existing dealers and distributors
- Identify opportunities forgreater profits
- Submit reports and representingGT group in HOD
- Handle ad hoc tasks and specialprojects as been assigned
- Previous experience in sales or businessdevelopment, preferably in the general trade sector.
- Strong communication, negotiation, andinterpersonal skills.
- Result-oriented with a trackrecord of setting and achieving sales targets.
- Preferably from FMCGbackground, with an understanding of industry dynamics and market trends.
- Ability to build and maintainrelationships with clients and key stakeholders.
- Ability to multitask,prioritize tasks, and work effectively under in a fast-paced environment.
- Analytical mindset with theability to interpret sales data and trends to make informed decisions.
- Willingness to travel as neededfor client meetings, events and etc
- Up to MYR 7,000 + Incentive
