- Marketing Strategy & Planning
- Develop and execute 360° marketing plans covering both online and offline channels to drive brand awareness and customer engagement.
- Conduct market research, competitor benchmarking, and consumer insights to identify growth opportunities.
- Plan and manage annual marketing budgets effectively.
- Branding & Campaign Management
- Build and position the brand to resonate with the Malaysian market while maintaining its Thai identity.
- Conceptualize, plan, and execute integrated campaigns including digital, social media, events, and promotions.
- Ensure brand consistency across all marketing materials and platforms.
- Digital & Social Media Marketing
- Manage social media platforms, content creation, and community engagement.
- Plan and execute digital advertising campaigns (Meta, Google, TikTok, etc.) to drive store visits and online engagement.
- Monitor campaign performance and optimize for better ROI.
- Partnerships & Promotions
- Collaborate with malls, delivery partners, influencers, and media for joint promotions.
- Build relationships with PR agencies, KOLs, and external vendors to enhance visibility.
- Analytics & Reporting
- Track and analyze campaign performance using analytics tools.
- Prepare regular reports with insights and recommendations for improvement.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
- 3–6 years of marketing experience, preferably in F&B brands.
- Strong knowledge of digital marketing tools, social media trends, and campaign management.
- Creative, resourceful, and able to work independently in a startup environment.
- Excellent communication skills in English; proficiency in Malay is required, and Thai is a bonus.
- Hands-on and willing to manage end-to-end marketing execution without relying on a large team.
