Job OverviewWe are introducing an exciting Thai F&B brand to the Malaysian market and are seeking a hands-on, dynamic, and creative marketing professional to join our team.This is an Individual Contributor role where you will handle the end-to-end marketing function to build brand awareness, drive traffic, and support business growth.In a startup environment, you will work closely with management and external partners to execute impactful campaigns and deliver measurable results.Key Responsibilities
  • Marketing Strategy & Planning
  • Develop and execute 360° marketing plans covering both online and offline channels to drive brand awareness and customer engagement.
  • Conduct market research, competitor benchmarking, and consumer insights to identify growth opportunities.
  • Plan and manage annual marketing budgets effectively.
  • Branding & Campaign Management
  • Build and position the brand to resonate with the Malaysian market while maintaining its Thai identity.
  • Conceptualize, plan, and execute integrated campaigns including digital, social media, events, and promotions.
  • Ensure brand consistency across all marketing materials and platforms.
  • Digital & Social Media Marketing
  • Manage social media platforms, content creation, and community engagement.
  • Plan and execute digital advertising campaigns (Meta, Google, TikTok, etc.) to drive store visits and online engagement.
  • Monitor campaign performance and optimize for better ROI.
  • Partnerships & Promotions
  • Collaborate with malls, delivery partners, influencers, and media for joint promotions.
  • Build relationships with PR agencies, KOLs, and external vendors to enhance visibility.
  • Analytics & Reporting
  • Track and analyze campaign performance using analytics tools.
  • Prepare regular reports with insights and recommendations for improvement.
Key Requirements
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
  • 3–6 years of marketing experience, preferably in F&B brands.
  • Strong knowledge of digital marketing tools, social media trends, and campaign management.
  • Creative, resourceful, and able to work independently in a startup environment.
  • Excellent communication skills in English; proficiency in Malay is required, and Thai is a bonus.
  • Hands-on and willing to manage end-to-end marketing execution without relying on a large team.
Remuneration
  • MYR 6,000 - MYR 7,000
