- Minimum 2 years in franchise recruitment, business development, or sales roles within the F&B (food & beverage), retail, or chain restaurant industries.
- Exceptional negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
- Strong analytical abilities to interpret market data and drive data-driven decisions.
- Proven success in channel development and achieving sales/franchise recruitment targets.
- Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Develop and execute franchise recruitment strategies to meet business expansion targets. Identify and engage potential franchisees through market research, networking, and leveraging existing resources.
- Conduct negotiations with prospects, address concerns, and finalize partnership agreements. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., operations, marketing, legal) to ensure seamless onboarding and store setup for franchisees.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer insights to refine recruitment strategies. Maintain and expand a database of qualified leads and franchise partners.
