Job Purpose This role offers the opportunity to take ownership of end-to-end financial management and play a key role in strengthening the company's financial health. You will drive accurate reporting, effective budgeting, and efficient cash flow management, while ensuring compliance with statutory and corporate standards. Beyond governance, the role contributes directly to business growth by providing financial insights that support strategic decision-making and sustainable project development. Responsibilities: Manage full set of accounts and ensure timely preparation of financial statements and reports. Oversee budgeting, monthly reporting, tax compliance, and financial system effectiveness. Monitor project development costs, profit computations, and funding to ensure healthy cash flow. Handle payments, reconciliations, and compliance with statutory and company requirements. Liaise with auditors, tax authorities, bankers, and other external parties on financial and statutory matters. Support management with financial insights and undertake other tasks as assigned. Qualifications: Bachelor&aposs Degree / Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Finance / Accountancy / Banking or equivalent. At least 5-7 year(s) of working experience in accounting function preferably in property development company or auditing in property industries Hands-on expertise with the IFCA accounting system, along with strong skills in Microsoft Excel and Word. Sound knowledge of Financial Reporting Standards and Income Tax requirements. The ability to work independently, manage deadlines effectively, and deliver accurate results under pressure. Strong interpersonal and communication skills to collaborate across teams and external stakeholders.
