- Enhance the control of five (5) Ms (Materials, Manpower, Machine, Method and Measurement).
- Monitor Production Daily activities, performance and achievement for reporting to Production Manager.
- Coordinate with production personnel to ensure smooth running of production as planned.
- Liaise with Logistic & Production department on time delivery or change of schedule if any.
- To ensure that all operators / production personnel to strictly follow the production process, methods, as well as SOP.
- Any problems arise in the production must reported to the Production Manager.
- To sign the request form and formula during the absent of Production Manager.
- To help the Production Manager to oversee the maintenance and ensure that instruction given by Production Manager is followed.
- To ensure all time the house keeping and cleanliness are being followed as well as the Safety and Health Procedures are in Place.
- Ensure the issuance of worksheet is based on Logistic requisition and material availability.
- Issue formulations / worksheets based on order place down to production and upon request by Production Manager for universal tinter formulation etc.
- Issue new / amendment formulation / worksheet when required to be changed by Technical.
- Follow-up urgent project orders to meet customer’s requirement date etc.
- To update all the ISO (9001:2015,14001:2015) and Halal documentations and filling.
- To issue adhoc raw material and packing materials requisition for production use and other department requirement.
- Any other task may assign by Production Manager / Superior from time to time.
- Others matters which may be assigned by the superior / management.
- Diploma/Degree holder in any engineering field or equivalent
- At least 3 to 5 years experience in handling of Production
- Able to communicate well with all levels of workers and the Management
- In charge of production, output and quality to meet ISO Standard, Environmental and HALAL
- Computer Literate and strong leadership
- Independent and can work with minimum supervision
- Able to arrange the Schedule and Planning to meet deadline
- Initiative and cooperative
