M 214 EH A(M40)Position: Production SupervisorCompany Background: Concrete product supplierSalary Package: RM2200-RM3,500Working Location: Kayu Ara Pasong, 82010 Pontian, Johor, MalaysiaWorking Days & Hours: Monday to Saturday (8.30am-5.00pm)Benefits: Accommodation, Work Life Balance, EPF, SOCSO, Annual Leave & Sick LeaveJob Responsibilities:Report to the Production ExecutiveTo lead the production operatives within the assigned production line, establishing and maintaining high standards of performance.Responsible for leading and coordinating the production of assigned mould including activities of Sub-Contractor to achieve production within the day and to the quality standard required.Supervision in the daily production of precast concrete to meet with the production schedule.Ensure sufficient of raw material of daily usage in accordance to daily production schedule, reporting to immediate superior if needed.Prepare and conduct mould inspection and pre-pour inspection on daily basis, prepare checklist and relevant inspection reports.Maintain productions documentation well-records.Ensuring the plant production operation, work instructions and procedures are strictly followed.Closely standing supervision of concrete pours and check continuously of finishes surface towards conformance to specifications and standards.Identify issues in efficiency and suggest improvements if needed.To ensure that workers are adequately skilled and experienced in following and understanding correct production methods.Maintain and implement quality control system in the factory and project sites by following the project quality manual and standard operating procedures set by the company.Liaising with Production Departments member and sub-contractors for any non-conformance for pre-pour inspection, trains workers whenever necessary and as required.Any other tasks which may be assigned by the management from time to time.Job Requirements:Diploma in Civil Engineering and/ or equivalent.At least 2 years' experience in quality control in precast industry.1-3 years of Experience in HDB Project in precast industry will be added advantageProficiency in using Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, etc.)Possess problem-solving, analyzing and reporting skills.Positive attitude in learning.
