Job Responsibilities Identifying and acquiring new customers, as well as up-selling to existing customer bases across the region; Effectively managing and driving the sales cycle from prospection through to successful closure; Building and maintaining relationships with key customers and accounts for growth and retention; Work closely with marketing and sales team in identifying trends and implementing marketing & sales strategies to meet revenue goals; Growing a sustainable and robust sales pipeline and ensuring accurate and rigorous forecasting and account planning; Conducting market research and competitor analysis in the region; Establish sales objectives by projecting expected sales volume and forecasting and developing sales quotas for the region; Requirements: Degree in Molecular Biology, Biotechnology or any related Life Sciences field; Preferably 2-3 years and above good track records in marketing and sales, portfolio exposure in Genetics, Genomics, Oncology related products, medical device etc would be highly advantageous; Strong willingness to learn commercially in the genomics industry and excellent analytical skills; Laboratory /Application Specialist candidates who aspire to transition into sales & marketing as part of career plan would be highly encouraged to apply Resourceful team player and highly motivated for sales Show more Show less
