Infra Platform Specialist

• Manage & operate complex IT infrastructure where consist of Public Cloud and On-premises Hypervisor technologies, K8S Platforms, Multiple OS, Database, Storages, and Backup technologies.
• Collaborate with Information Security, Application DevOps and other Infrastructure architect peers on overall roadmap and priorities for new projects and operation requirements.
• Ascertain infrastructure services are secured, protecting the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of data, ideally to accredited standards (e.g. ISO 27001 or PCIDSS).
• Contact product principal / OEM partners for technical advice and best practices.
• Support peers in operation activities and conduct knowledge transfer to peers.
• Be accountable for other certain works as assigned from immediate superior level, proactively identify opportunities to advance the success of the business.
• Provide technical guidance and on the job training to colleagues and junior staff.
• Collaborate with partners and key stakeholders for incident management and problem management.
• Lead and perform troubleshooting of complex issues and problem. Work with partners to provide RCA and improvement plan.
• Improve operation efficiency by collaborate with automation team.
• Ensure all Platform assets and configurations are compliance with company and Security Policies.

• Degree / professional qualification in Computer Science/Computer Engineering/Information Technology or equivalent.
• Technical experience or knowledge on Complex IT infrastructure with different Hypervisor and containerization platforms.
• Proficiency in Linux/Unix (preferably RHEL, Solaris) administration or Windows administration
• Knowledge of storage solutions (Ceph, SAN, NFS) and backup system.
• Knowledge on Openstack or Openshift or VMware.
• DevOps experience with large enterprise is a big plus
• Good knowledge on other IT domains such as ITIL process, Network, Data Center, Database, Middleware, Security and Asset Management.
• 1-2 years of experience in Infrastructure Planning, Infrastructure Architecture or similar roles
• 2-4 years of experience operation experience and implementing global data center solutions where trust and security are an integral part of the culture
• Ability to depict the enterprise information conceptually, logically, and physically
• Ability to determine the architectural implications of business requirements
• Operational experience in the telecommunications industry is an advantage.
• ITIL or other IT Governance certification is an advantage.
• Ability to work in a dynamic environment with minimal supervision.
• Good communication and interpersonal skill.
• Strong initiative, self-driven, team spirit and able to work with all levels of people
• Knowledge in Defendable Architecture, Zero Trust model and experience using IT security systems and tools will be an advantage.
