Assistant Manager, Main Infra

• Manage planning & project implementation of overall main infrastructure for the whole township as per the time frame, cost and QESH objectives
• To ensure township targeted profitability are achieve

• Identify potential main infrastructure related issues or difficulties of complying with requirement and recommended appropriate solutions

• Manage and monitor the completion of main infrastructure works within contract value and to reduce the occurrence of variation orders entailing additional cost whilst ensuring quality products and timely completion

• Support the implementation of quality, health, safety and environment management system i.e. policies, activities, procedures, instructions where relevant as per SOP and ISO quality standard

• Hand over completed main infrastructure services to the authorities for their operation or Township & Community Services team (prior to hand over to authorities) for maintenance
• Ensure the main infrastructure services are implemented to support building CFO/CCC for implementation as per MLP

• Manage external parties (contractors, local authority) and internal parties to ensure smooth implementation of the main infrastructure works

• Plan and organize staffing requirement for main infra works
