Reporting directly to the Global Category Leader, your primary responsibility will be to support the implementation of the category strategy on a regional & global level - focusing on the efficient use of strategic sourcing tools and processes in order to maximize compliance and efficiency. Identifying opportunities for cost and efficiency optimization, and leading global initiatives to enhance value creation. What will make you successful University degree in Procurement, Business, Supply Chain, Food Science, Engineering, etc A minimum of 2 years' experience within Procurement, ideally within ingredients or similar direct materials. High learning speed and the ability to navigate in ambiguity in a dynamic, multi-national organization. Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence and collaborate with individuals across a complex organization.
