
DRSC HR: HR Business Partner

- Administer HR processes throughout the employee lifecycle, including onboarding, offboarding, performance management, and employee engagement.
- Support the delivery and execution of HR programs aligned with business and people strategies.
- Coordinate performance management activities, including performance reviews, confirmation processes, and employee development tracking
- Assist with mobility management process, including work pass applications and renewals for foreign hires, assignees of member firms
- Provide support in compensation and benefits administrations, including data updates, benefits claims and queries
- Prepare HR documentation, maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and ensure timely data entry in HR systems
- Monitor headcount and assist in tracking staffing costs and HR metrics for reporting purposes.
- Act as a point of contact for employee queries and provide day-to-day HR operational support.
- Help ensure compliance with internal policies and Malaysian employment legislation.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and dashboards for internal HR and business stakeholders.
- Contribute to internal HR projects or initiatives, including those related to employee wellbeing, engagement, and inclusion.
- Collaborate with regional and local HR colleagues to support consistent HR service delivery.
- Actively seek out developmental opportunities for growth, act as strong brand ambassadors for the firm as well as share their knowledge and experience with others.

- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 4 -5 years of relevant HR working experience, ideally in a multinational or regional corporate environment
- Solid understanding of HR practices and Malaysian employment laws and practices.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills; able to build good working relationships with internal teams.
- Well organized, detail-oriented, and capable of handling multiple priorities
- Self-motivated with a proactive, collaborative and solution-focus approach.
- Proficient in HR systems (SAP) and Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
