Come be a part of this journey! Bat Is Looking For People Experience & Change Partner To support the Area Commercial Partner to drive the people agenda across the Corporate Functions. SENIORITY LEVEL Junior Management Level FUNCTION HR SALARY RANGE Competitive market salary + Bonus scheme + Excellent benefits LOCATION Kuala Lumpur What You Will Be Accountable For People process Coach Line Managers in dealing with employees in difficult situations, focusing on early intervention and local resolution, negotiating and applying appropriate remedial action including mediation as required on a case-by-case basis. Support on international and local relocation cases where appropriate Conduct exit interviews for junior employees across SEA Support Line Managers during the exit process on involuntary separation (redundancy process as per local legal framework, mutual separations, medical reasons). Facilitate non-local entry and relocation SEA HR cycle ownership & execution Data validation & reporting as required for smooth HR cycle activities implementation and in line with Global requirements against data integrity. Facilitate One SEA HR cycle activities including reward, performance, standardised surveys. Employee Relations Support LM and EE in complex ER matters and conduct investigations. Union and CA management (for SG only) Data Analytics, Reporting & Insights Support Commercial HR Partners by providing insights and foresights to drive SEA inclusion, talent and leadership agenda (may include pay equity, wellness, productivity research). Turn data into insights to identify risks / gaps / opportunities, and work with DBS or LM for improvement. Workforce planning & Design Own HC and EC reporting submissions as per the Global cycle. Conduct analysis and reporting during organisational restructures to ensure optimal workforce planning (led by Commercial HR Partner). Continuous Improvement & Excellence Constant review of existing processes and ways of working to drive continuous improvement. Identify roadblocks in key HR processes, cycle activities and data management to ensure superior EE and LM experience as well as improved HR team ways of working. Essential Experience, Skills And Knowledge Tertiary degree in Business, Management, Human Resources, Org Development, Psychology or any related field Hands-on experience with an HRIS or HRMS (preferred) Proficiency in MS Office suite with focus on MS Excel, MS PowerPoint and MS SharePoint Basic knowledge of market employment law Strong planning and execution skills Aptitude for data analytics, manipulation and visualisation WE ARE BAT At BAT we are committed to our Purpose of creating A Better Tomorrow.
