- Coordinate and support the bid process from initiation to submission.
- Ensure all documentation meets quality standards and complies with submission requirements.
- Collaborate with internal teams to gather necessary information for proposals.
- Maintain and update databases and records for ongoing bids and tenders.
- Monitor deadlines and ensure timely submission of proposals.
- Assist in preparing presentations and supporting materials for client meetings.
- A degree in business, administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years experience in bid coordination or proposal preparation.
- Experience in content writing for bids or proposals, particularly involving Australian stakeholders, is considered an advantage.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
