- Develop and execute an AI-driven regional engagement strategy tied directly to business outcomes
- Own regional budgets and build compelling business cases that prove ROI
- Lead internal communications-from consistent “Endava Voice” messaging to a dynamic content calendar and high-impact events (All Hands, recognition programmes and more)
- Advise senior and mid-level leaders on storytelling, change communications and thought leadership, enabling precise, inspiring and aligned messages
- Champion automation and process improvement-leverage generative-AI tools to personalise, scale and simplify campaigns and reporting
- Drive two-way dialogue via pulse surveys, focus groups and AI-powered sentiment tools to inform strategy and build trust
- Shape Endava's employer brand in APAC through locally relevant media partnerships and campaigns
- Act as a partner to various stakeholders in positioning Endava's employer brand externally, to the talent market and the tech community in the APAC region.
- Inspire, mentor and grow a multidisciplinary team, fostering AI fluency, agility and a culture of experimentation
- Define and track engagement and perception KPIs using advanced analytics, translating insights into actionable improvements and executive reports
- Bachelor's degree in communications, marketing, psychology, business administration or related field
- Minimum five years' experience in corporate communications and engagement with a regional or global remit
- Demonstrated success applying AI or automation to scale communications or employee-experience programs
- Proven budget management, data-driven decision-making and stakeholder-influencing skills
- Fluent in English with high cultural awareness across Vietnam, Malaysia, Singapore and Australia and an inclusive leadership style
