We are seeking a Regional People Lead, APAC to oversee people services and initiatives across the region. The role partners closely with Functional HRBPs and the People Operations & Performance team to drive impactful people strategies. The Regional People Lead will provide People Advisory support to ExCo and senior leaders, while empowering and guiding mid-level leaders to champion and execute both ongoing and ad-hoc people initiatives. Key responsibilities: Partner closely with the Regional C-suite and People Advisors across diverse geographies and business areas, ensuring development, belonging, and diversity remain top priorities for a thriving and high-performing workforce. Serve as a strategic pivot, planning and executing key People Operations, HR Business Partner, and Program Strategy objectives in alignment with global standards and business needs, ensuring effective roll-out and adoption in the regions Drive Cluster People Partners to lead operational excellence, optimize, and scale all aspects of People Operations in the region with a deep focus on employee experience and continuous improvement. Act as a thought leader on Purpose and People topics, influencing people leaders to embrace leadership responsibilities, engage their teams, and identify talent to drive business growth. Collaborate cross-functionally with the wider Vistra team, providing in-country expertise for M&A projects, country set up, and other global transformation projects. Leverage people analytics and dashboards to monitor regional challenges, and partner with leaders to strengthen leadership capabilities and decision-making. Key requirements: Extensive HR leadership experience across multiple APAC markets, with deep understanding of diverse labor laws, cultural nuances, and talent landscapes. Demonstrated success in driving large-scale people initiatives, transformations, and change management in a fast-paced, complex environment. Strategic thinker with the ability to translate business needs into actionable people strategies. Track record in building high-performing, geographically dispersed teams. Experience influencing at C-suite level and partnering with global stakeholders. Skilled in data-driven decision making, with proficiency in using people analytics to shape strategy and track outcomes.
