Responsibilities: The primary focus will be to develop and execute strategies to expand the company's presence locally and internationally, identify opportunities, foster global partnerships and implement initiatives to drive sustainable growth and market expansion. 1. Corporate Communication and Marketing Strategies Develop and execute comprehensive communication and marketing strategies aligned with the company's vision, values and drive brand success. Lead a team in crafting engaging campaigns and brand initiatives to enhance market presence. 2. Partnerships and Alliances Identify, establish and manage strategic partnerships and alliances with key partners and stakeholders to expand market reach and strengthen the company's position. Manage relationships and collaborations to create mutually beneficial partnerships. 3. Business Development Drive business development initiatives, identifying new opportunities and revenue streams for sustainable growth. Oversee sales strategies, ensuring alignment with marketing efforts and achievement of growth targets. 4. Global Sales and Revenue Growth Oversee sales strategies and ensure alignment with the overall growth strategy Set growth targets, and foster a high-performance sales culture across local and international teams. 5. Globalisation and Digital Transformation Develop strategies for global market expansion, considering diverse regional requirements and cultural nuances. Spearhead digital transformation initiatives to maintain competitiveness in the evolving digital landscape. Requirements: A Bachelor's Degree in business/international relations/marketing or any related field. A Master's Degree is a plus. 5-10 years of experience in a senior leadership role, preferably in retail industry . Experience in Multi-Level Marketing is preferred. Digital savvy of the latest marketing, social media, branding, and e-commerce trends to ensure brand the remains a leader in digital marketing. Proven experience in a leadership role with a focus on business development, market expansion and international growth strategies. Demonstrated success in entering new markets establishing partnerships and achieving significant revenue growth. Strong negotiation and relationship building skills with the ability to navigate diverse cultural and business landscapes. In-depth knowledge of global markets, understanding regional variations and market dynamics. Excellent leadership, communication and cross-cultural collaboration skills.
