
Senior Sales Engineer

- Take ownership of quarterly and annual sales targets and work actively to exceed them.
- Serve as the main point of contact for clients-handling quotations, price negotiations, and order follow-ups.
- Grow and maintain relationships with both existing and new global and local customers.
- Collaborate with internal teams (sales support, logistics, finance) to ensure smooth order execution and on-time payment.
- Attend networking events and client meetings as required, including occasional travel.
- Continuously learn about market trends, customer needs, and technical aspects of the product range.
- A Bachelor's degree in any field.
- Minimum 5 years of sales experience, preferably within the steel, piping, oil & gas, or industrial distribution industries.
- Strong understanding of Incoterms 2010, and familiarity with steel pipes, tubes, fittings, and flanges.
- Proven ability to drive results, close deals, and manage key accounts independently.
- Strong communication skills in English (both spoken and written).
- A collaborative mindset, with a willingness to learn and support the wider sales team.
- Candidates with strong industry networks or prior technical product training will have an advantage.
