Support senior management in maintaining circuits, implementing new circuits and implementing projects Provide administrative support with internal procedures Provide sales support both in house and in the field Initiate troubleshooting and corrective actions upon receipt of network events, logs and customer reports Serve as a point of contact for customer troubles inquiries Oversee the opening of trouble tickets with other carriers and vendors Perform network monitoring and assist in troubleshooting components in the portal Interface with vendors and assist with procurement To build a high performance and efficient NOC team based in Malaysia, Kuala Lumpur, Indonesia Maintain team spirits and encourage team member to meet the latest company target and KPI Participate in an International Software Defined Network (SDN) O&M organization and coordinate maintenance work with both internal and external stakeholders Act as an escalation contact and lead the NOC team to response and resolve network incidents within SLA Review of Performance Metrics for the shift resources and implementation of Corrective & Preventive actions if required Solid experience in building BGP-MPLS, BGP-VPLS, BGP-EVPN networks Extensive experience in supporting IPLC, IEPL, Dark Fibre, Carrier Ethernet Build effective working relationships across all levels of different organizations to influence the necessary changes for improvements Requirement BS/MS in Network, Computer Science, or equivalent At least 8 to 10 years working experience in Internet, Datacom or Telecom Industry. A significant part of this experience must be in the Service Provider Any Certification related to Network Vendors shall be an added advantage ITIL or ISO certifications shall be definitely advantage Experience in cross functional team collaborations Independent and self-motivated, capable of executing under dynamic environment and uncertainties Technical and/or functional skills: Telecom Service Network, Service Application characteristics, Implementation & integration of processes Experience in transmission, such as SNCP, MSP 1+1, container shuffling is a plus Experience in Segment-Routing technique is a plus Experience in Physical Interconnection or Peering in Internet Industry is a plus This position requires a high energy person with an interest in building a telecommunications company through internal administrative support and customer support. Must good interpersonal skill, presentation skills and able to communicate with all levels of people Marketing knowledge software solutions or IT sales would be an added advantage Possess good written and communication in English & Mandarin.
